After losing strength trying the less is more approach, I got back to lots of deadlifts today. Usually separate traditional and romanian, but did both today since its been a while.

Forgot to start the timer, so I'm guessing around 12:00 to finish. Good workout - left me pretty gassed.

Thought I would jump onto this thread as a way to kinda keep track.
Also walked the dog - 1 mile
Bike ride 5 miles- leisurely (10mph) as a warm up
Weekly day 2 of simplefit - level 2
Added some dips and plank work for 20 minutes.
Shoulder dislocation movement x 40 using a tow rope,trying to improve my very rounded shoulders.
One minute elbow plank,20 push ups,1 minute squat followed by 30 minute run.
2 min max reps of wall push ups (was supposed to be pull ups but I'm trying to heal some elbow tendonitis so pullups are out right now)
2 min rest
2 min max reps box jumps (20" box)
2 min rest
2 min max reps sit ups
Single arm dumbbell flat chest press.(works the oblique and chest at same time)
Single arm standing dumbbell shoulder press.(same concept of working core)
Front Squat 5x5
Reverse barbell lunges
Barbell row 5x5
