Woke up at 6am to go lift weights after just a little protein powder and I felt GREAT! I think I could get used to AM training .. My workout wasn't exactly what I wanted it to be, but I also have had some funky sleep this week and went off training for awhile due to some serious fatigue. Curiously, I also have not been eating any starchy carbohydrates. .. Connection ?? I'm at about 150g today and finally have my crazy ENERGY back!!!
80x5, 90x5, 105x7, 95x8, 85x9 back squat (reverse pyramid training, right?)
