    Primal Fuel
    "Volume Pull" - 5 sets of chins, 29 total. Cleans and Clean and Jerk, working up to a 135 C&J, a couple of doubles cleans @150 and a single @ 155 (pr). Some clapping pushups on the way out - no time for the rows, and / or farmer's walk I'm "supposed to" do for this day.

    My toning class which takes place outside in all weathers. It was really cold on Sunday evening but after a few tummy crunches you get warm again. Time to look for warm sports clothes.

    It's at an awkward time as it finishes at 830 and then I go home and have a huge supper.

    Does walking to and in the shopping mall count as exercise? Just Joking
