My Powerlifting journal in preparation for my first meet - http://www.marksdailyapple.com/forum/thread54184.html
Randomly dispersed throughout my day: jumped 10 times as high as I could, 10 jump squats, random single pushups, chased my dog around the house, 50 mountain climbers, handstand against the wall for 30 seconds, hula hooped for 10 minutes while watching tv, The Best Butt Workout - YouTube but with heels on floor during the squat.
