45 minutes "Gentle Moves" aqua exercise class
1 hour Kundalini Yoga (modified for hip abduction)
Today is the first day I've been able to exercise in going on 6 weeks. Rehabbing a nasty pulled groin/TFL muscle tear combo. I haven't been doing so well without my exercise, so today, first day back, is a momentous day and feels like I've finally turned the corner. My body says "ahhhhh" (and the leg seems to be holding up PWO). Taking it easy lest I'm down and out for another 6 weeks.
