    45 minutes "Gentle Moves" aqua exercise class
    1 hour Kundalini Yoga (modified for hip abduction)

    Today is the first day I've been able to exercise in going on 6 weeks. Rehabbing a nasty pulled groin/TFL muscle tear combo. I haven't been doing so well without my exercise, so today, first day back, is a momentous day and feels like I've finally turned the corner. My body says "ahhhhh" (and the leg seems to be holding up PWO). Taking it easy lest I'm down and out for another 6 weeks.

    Treadmill HIIT

    5 min warmup at 6.0mph

    25 minutes of alternating intervals:
    Walkings at 3.5mph for 60 seconds
    Sprinting at 11-11.5mph for 60 seconds

    5 min cool down at 6.0mph

    Leida, what happened to madcow???

    I'm never getting hungover again ... My workouts have REALLY suffered after my 21st birthday LAST Saturday... Grrr. Incredibly frustrating.

    Mon-6 all out sprints, rest 60s b/w sets

    Tue-85x5, 100x5, 110x5 (?????? I got 8 last time!), 100x4, 90x3, 85x2 back squat
    7-6-5-6-7 chin ups

    Fri-120x5, 140x5, 150x11, 145x7, 135x6, 115x12 glute bridge
    40x5, 45x5, 50x7, 45x6, 45x5, 40x7, 30x15 OH shoulder press

    + 5 burpee pull-ups
    25 walking lunges
    3 parellel dips
    25 air squats
    repeat 3x in ~8mins

    Anybody else suffer like me after drinking?
