    Primal Fuel
    Only did 10 minutes of resistance band training
    10 minutes stomach crunches variations
    10 minutes stretches

    It was a fast day for us today so the gym was closed. After breaking my fast (along with most Jews) and feeling bloated for eating too much I needed to move my muscles but didn't want to do any cardio....

    Ran a 6k in PR time in my vibrams (yes, I know I've mentioned it 20 times today already, but I'm SUPER proud of myself)
    My calves are going to be talking to me for a couple of days. Lucky for them I am armed with activon, cold packs, and a heat pad!

    I'm in Kettlebell Club here at OSU and we had a workout today. I walked the 15 minutes to the gym (good warm up, I suppose), did 4 minutes to warm up on the stationary bike, and then the trainer taught me the windmill, a lying down shoulder stretch, one-arm swing, and snatch. I also do my first few turkish get-ups with weight (35 lbs) after practicing my form all week. I find the KB moves, especially the swing and snatch, to be very unnatural. Its a learning process but I'm sure I'll get it over time. At the end we did 10 descending swings and goblet squats. 10 swings, 10 squats, 9 swings, 9 squats, etc, etc. I am freaking exhausted.

    Did a pre-workout for Ultimate Diet. Feel like I went over to the Dark Side - checking out all the machines and doing maxes and sample sets to see what weight I can work on for different types of workout. Did a few KB swings and snatches too, just for fun, because about half-way through the trial I realised that I won't be able to do much KBs with this program. In fact, I will be fighting to put my usual 3 cardios. It's going to be 8 gruelling weeks... unless I drop dead earlier.

    i took a bike ride

    it was beautiful, i went around town, and the good air was hitting me, the good trees, they were green.
