    Started starting strength today.

    Sqauts
    Bench Press
    Dips
    Assisted chin ups

    Had such an annoying day in the gym. Some Soprano wannabe dude telling me to smile and then a trainer having his client in the cage using the bar for pushups. That couldn't have been done elsewhere? I had to wait ten minutes to you know squat in the cage. GRRR

    I took it easy at the gym today and did about 45 min of cardio. Walking/cycling.
    but I'll be playing volleyball tonight!

    October 6: play + HIIT on the bike
    October 7: walking + 20 min swim in fins (but without goggles, sheesh, red-rabbit-eyed for the rest of the night!)

    Did a workout deteremining my 1RMS:

    SQT: 145 - F, 140 lbs - Max
    OHP: 75 - F, did not do it, but lifted 70 lbs a few days back, will try tomorrow again just in case
    DL: 200 lbs
    BP: 90 lbs (from the second try, yay!)
    BBR: 100 lbs - F; 95 lbs

    Tomorrow I am playing with the machines to set myself up for the Ultimate Diet 2.0 workouts. Plus try OHP again.

    Divebomber Push Ups x 10
    Vee Ups x 10
    Sledgehammer Stikes x 10 each side
    Chin Ups x 10
    Dips x 10
    Jump Rope x 50
    Kettlebell Snatches x 10 each side
    Medicine Ball Slams x 10
    24" Box Jumps x 10
