Tonight is the first meeting of the Ohio State Kettlebell Club! I'm finally going to get my hands on one of those bad boys.
The wife, kids and I went for a good 5k walk today as my work load was easy in the early afternoon. Kids keep up right well, and have only just turned 4 and 5 (they're quite used to this). Good pace on the walk too.

5 rounds of
10 tuck jumps
10 back extensions
302/251/150
First Goal: By May (10 year anniversary) to weigh less then my husband has ever seen me (223).
Ultimate Goal: To squat 75 pounds more than I weigh, at whatever weight that may be.
Saturday: ~15 mile AM bikeride on a beautiful trail with my beautiful man! He made us "paleo" cappucinos that morning with steamed, frothy almond milk and a little sugar-free creamer. Was amazing!
Sunday: He insisted we do a "xfit-esque" workout in the park... I had to keep up with him! We did a little of:
10 bench jump burpees
2 L-ups
5 knees-to-elbows OR 20 double-unders
~30sec run
Repeat 5x, ~18 minutes
+ 6 mile bikeride
Sort of a random assortment of exercises but our lungs were still burning. ;-)
Tuesday:
50x5, 60x5, 75x5 de-loads on the back squat
5-4-5-6-7 chin-ups (grrrr men don't mess with me when they see me chinnin' hahaha)
6x5 box jumps, ~18-20in
biking + walking + running, ~60min or so
I'm thinking I shouldn't even bother "de-loading" on my other exercises... Just take a break. The de-load seems like NOTHING! Leida -- Good luck on your maxes girl, you got this!! I'll be attempting my first 125lb squat in the next two weeks I believe on Wendler. Fun!!
