    Primal Fuel
    50 KB swings & 7 assisted push-ups. My muscles always get more defined post-workout so my baby biceps are nice a firm today

    Going to make this combo a regular thing until I can increase both enough to try more KB workouts & regular push-ups.
    Journal on depression/anxiety
    Currently trying to figure out WTF to eat (for IBS-C).

    Monday: Recovery day; I decided to take Mark's mini-challenge and stand at work while I work in the office. I think I did about 4 hours yesterday. Walked for ~ 1 hr total, and did my normal stretch.

    When you live in a walkable city, you are constantly exercising from the walking and stair climbing. When you are like me and constantly late for everything, you get the added bonus of sprinting daily after buses or trains you are about to miss.

    What I'm gonna do in a ltitle bit is squat, my usual 3 sets of 5, then do week 1 day 2 of the push up challenge. And I call it day.

    Today was SQUATTIN' DAY!

    90x5, 105x3, 115x5 (BW!), 105x4, 95x3, 85x2, 75x1 back squat
    6-5-6-5-6 chin-ups
    ~25 inverted rows, iso- holds
    handstands and biking and walking

    SWEET POTATO AND BEEF TIME!

    Today I did Insanity's Pure Cardio. I had some back and foot pain from the weekend (went to two concerts, stood still for 5 hours straight) so I had to take some breaks. But it felt good to do a little cardio/plyo. Worked up quite a sweat.
