    Hi Jeff,
I have set my weekly schedule for workout and as today is Thursday so I will work on my shoulders, chest and triceps.
I do workout on all body parts 5 days a week and give 2 days off to relax my toned muscles.

    Small HIIT session today.

On the 400m track, all out run for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of jogging recovery. 8 repeats to complete.

(yes it is 'Tabata' - although I hate using that term).

The weather was soo beautiful yesterday that I went for a long, long walk instead of my swim. All the hill sin our neigborhood are just so wonderful for views and walking

And, I think I am getting my husband's bug today I am concentrating on holding my head straight so it doesn't pound & drinking warm liquids to keep stuiff down and throat from complaining, and then hopefully can manage my child's skating class and climb afterwards. Unfortunately, my husband has Parent night at his school, so he is not home till after 9 pm I am sooo screwed.

Leida, ankle weights! Very thoughtful thinking there. I don't even think we HAVE ankle weights at my gym.. It is kind of a man's gym. They only have two 2.5lb plates, and I can NEVER seem to find them.. Argh! And sorry - just wanted to make sure you are being safe. :-) Looks like you are taking care!

Was zonked out yesterday. So exhausted after my training, I actually DROVE to the grocery store. I... NEVER.. drive to the grocery store. I felt like a FOOL but I was in desperate need for coconut milk and dark chocolate! Huge appetite yesterday. I can't believe the amount of meat I can put down in one day sometimes. This guy called me a "tree-hugger" for wearing my Vibrams at Publix, my food choices, and requesting paper instead of plastic. Excuuuuse me? ;-) He is lucky I have a sense of humor 'cause he's right, I woulda slapped him!

    ~4.5 mile biking
85x3, 95x3, 110x7 back squat (best ever!!! Don't think 115 is my max anymore...;-))
    65x12x3 back squat
    6x4 inverted rows, straight-leg
    3x4 dead-hang neutral-grip pull-ups
    60sx3 wall handstands
