Dirty Dash 5k!
(more here: The Pregnant Diabetic: The Road to Glory)
I did the Rushfit DVD Explosive Training, which involves a lot of squat jumps, burpees, cleans, presses, etc. Then I went swimming for about 30-40 minutes. Very good time.
Did a local 5k today. Managed to go 22:04(PR) despite not a lot of recent running. The entire run was pretty much one giant suffer-fest - which is what happens when the first mile is uphill and you go out a little too hard.
MadCow on Friday (good thing it was 3 reps on max schedule! Failed Bench - only 2 reps on 82 lbs, mid deltoid and trcipes underrecovered ); Full Madcow today (yakes). I am in the last 2 weeks of the cycle, and have to cut out everything but lifting and recovery strolling and stretching. HARD.
Thinking to take a week off after finishing this MadCow, do Jullian Michael's cut for 5 days (basically no fat, loads of protein and vegg) and KB bonanza.

I took the bus down to a the local hipster market and picked up some gluten-free beer, green tea beer, and brisket. Then walked the 2.2 miles back to my dorm. I may tack on some yoga in a little bit, just to get the muscles ready for my lifting tomorrow.
