Despite all the load on the legs, I have DOMS in the upper body today for a change, must be clean and OHP - should try it instead of additional OHP on Saturday, it's fun. Or maybe it was all the belaying I did for my unstoppable littl' climber? I went walking and just strolled and climed big rocks in the park while she skated, and then we went to the climbing wall, where I took a refresher class on belaying and the kid climbed the non-roped-up portion of the wall, and then shinnied up the wall after the class... great fun!
Good news is that this week's schedule was temporary at the pool, and starting next week the swim time is till 4:30 pm on Tue-Fri, so no worries about putting a swim in!!!!!!!!!!!!! Weeeee!!!!
