    Walked the dog 2.2 miles

    Went to got see Warrior last night and was super pumped up. So I did the following:
    Bench Press 1-1-1-1-1
    T-Bar Row 10-10-10-10-10
    Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5
    Deadlift 10-10-10-10
    Dead Hang Pull Ups 5x7

    Finisher:
    3 Rounds
    Gladiator Makers (renegade row, plank to t, knee to chest, burpee with a push up between every exercise on each side) x5
    Sledge Hammer Swings x 10 each side
    Jump Rope x 50
    High Kettlebell Swings x 10
    Medicine Ball Slams x 10
    24" Box Jumps x 10
    13:55
    Each Round took about 4 minutes, took a 30 second rest between rounds.

    Warmed up w/6 basic kbell movements: Swing, clean, press, squat, high pull, snatch(30 sec each arm)

    Workout: With a 53 lb Bell

    Swing L/R
    *
    Clean L/R
    *
    Press L/R
    * 3sets of 30 seconds each side. 1 minutue rest btwn sets
    Snatch L/R
    *
    Get Up L/R

    * Planks for 30 secs 1st set
    * Abs for 30 secs 2nd set
    * Pushups for 30 secs 3rd set

    Now off to the pool for some leisure time:-) Have a Grok weekend everybody:-)

    walked dogs for 1hr so far (another wee 30-40 min walk later on)
    3x reps of: 20 air squats, 20 lunges, 10 push ups, 20 rows, 20 supermans, 60 sec planks, 1.5 pull ups

    Wendler 5/3/1 with 45 minute walk on treadmill...squat day. Not a great workout but got my reps.

    For anyone who lives in the greater Columbus area of Georgia, Flat Rock Park work out:

    Muscle-Ups x5
    Two-Handed Kettle Swings (60-70 lb. rock) x10
    24" Boc Jumps x10
    Push-Ups (can be elevated) x25

    Did 4 rounds jogging/walking to each "station"

    10 sets of hill sprints(:30 on, 1:00 off) this morning. Probably some planks and walking this afternoon.

    Gonna do "get ups"(get up from the couch), "go tos"(go to the grill), flips(as in the rib eyes on the grill)...Repeat as necesary:-)

    walked dog for 1 hr, will head out for another 40 min walk later on, pull ups every time I walk past my door bar, 3x 20 squats, 3 x 10 assisted push ups
    2 x 60 sec planks
