    I will be doing 30 min of strength training at Curves during my lunch break and I will be taking my dog for a long walk this evening.

    Went for a 50 minute run today,my 60th birthday.Couldn't of managed it when i was 40.This really is an awesome lifestyle choice.

    Just deadlift. Warm ups and work set of five reps at 200, then I wanted to see what 220 feels like so I went three reps on that.

    Yesterday: gardening (all I wanted was to take a smnooze, but two plant orders came in on the same day I was picking up a couple of daylilies from one of the ladies in the neighborhood gardening club!), walking (including a barefoot stroll around the school! we have a fantastically hot weather...) & a stretch

    Today: MadCow!!!

    The pool won't open till the 13th now. Gods, can't wait, hope they do not extend the closure any further. Stupid contractors, they are never on time.

    I hit the squats and some stuff on Wednesday, so yesterday was my do nothing day. Today I've got squats again, sledgehammer stuff with some tires, and probably more legs. Tomorrow is sprinting, burpees, and core.
