    Walking 10.0 incline 3.2 mph

I've decided to up my game. I'm going to add a few more hours walking to my workout and drop Wendler's deload week (after finishing this week), for now. Unlike HIIT & distance running, I'll be able to walk as much as I want without losing valuable muscle.

You're going to drop your deload week completely? Whyyyy?

Short workout, via my 3rd week of Wendler...
85x5, 95x3, 105x10 back squat !!! Very cool! I think having those safety bars really allow me to push it..
    7,6,5,4,3,2,1 chins

    + ~25 mile bikeride later tonight I hope?? :-)

Just dropping it until I need it. I believe even Wendler himself says this is OK. I will likely only drop it for 3 or 4 waves before things start getting a bit more difficult. Then I'll add it back.

Did a lot of yardwork, including finishing sod stripping/compost laying, and got totally over-trained, no questions 'bout it. So, did light gardening on Saturday.

Sunday: Madcow: SQT (120), WO (210), LO (260), BP (81 max, racked the 5th rep, but didn't press it completely & it was really sideways); BBR (84); frontal delts @ 17.5 (some 5-6 reps 3 sets), pull-ups/chins. Then ~ 40 min Bouncy Castle obstacle course running and sliding with kiddo & a walk

Monday: Strolling in the sunflower/corn mazes

Today: Well, bracing myself for doing Madcow DL day at a busy time in the gym. There is also a one-time only free belay service on the climbing wall, so if I don't get my lifts in, and go for KBs, I might do that.

My training from now on will be far more primal - random with more element of play by necessity. Wish me luck!!!

Husband and I did yard and house work all weekend too. He is building a small retaining wall so he carried loads of bricks down the hill. I pruned, pulled and cleaned, planted icelandic poppies, pansies, mums and dwarf agapanthus. Primal weiner dog chased lizards and begged for fresh figs. Inside I repotted some orchids.

I got in two kettlebell sessions and one pilates machine session. This morning I am cleaning house and will do kettlebells here soon, then out for a walk in the hills.

Gym was fine yesterday, I was able to get in at 3:45, and did a DL Madcow:
SQT - light day (max 90 lbs); OHP (3x5 @ 59 lbs); DL (max 168), pull-ups/chin ups and regural deltoid raises 3x6 @ 15 lbs; walking with the kiddo to/fro school and around neighorhood in the evening

Today I have a chocie of walking to the gym and doing bike or KB or starting to edge the beds. It is a very hot day, so I am inclined to edge/aerate/bone-meal etc so I could water all the beds in the process. Plus walk with my kid. If she is Okay, we can also try family Zumba tonight for a bit.

walked dogs for just over an hour (big dog has an abcess so much shorter & slower walk than normal)

    3 rounds of

    20 squats
    10 push ups
    2 pull ups
    60 sec planks
    20 weighted rows
    20 lunges
    20 supermans

Had a stumble today and polished off 100gms of 90% dark choc, so I think a few more squats & planks may be in order and will be taking dogs out again tonight for a short walk, Also got some furniture to move so hopefully that will all help.
