Yesterday: 40 min yoga modified w/ pushup sets in the morning. Modified 30-15 routine in afternoon, all with pushup stands:
pushups 2x30 / wide grip pullups 2x15
wide pushups 2x30 / L-normal R-reverse grip pullups 2x15
military pushups 2x30 / R-normal L-reverse pullups 2x15
alternating one hand front one hand back pushups 2x25 / L-pullups 2x12
floor fly pushups 2x24 / V-pullups 2x18
plyometric pushups 2x15 / reverse grips 2x12
Today: cry in the morning, LHT this evening with intermittant sprinting.
