    Totally awesome pullup/dip and then chinup/pushup supersetting.

    1:15 teaching intermittent martial arts/sprint workout in the rain.

    Afternoon: freeweight chest press 4x10, decline pushups 2x30, and alternating inverted chest press 3x10 with hanging toe-to-ceiling during rest. Finish with yoga as stretch.

    Squat day. I could see this being the first lift I have to deload and adjust my working max on. Only got 8 reps on my last set of 5. Still got the reps though.

    I had a blast with KB's on Friday after work! Among other things, I tried one-legged stiff-legged deadlift with 20 lbs, so I woke up on Sat morning with a good DOMS in all the back leg muscules. So, no lifting Sat.

    Sat: 30 min on the bike, 20 min 30:45 intervals + 2 hrs strolling in the Zoo with family & running up and down the stairs serving a party on the walk-out patio.

    Today: just about to go and rip through the Madcow/3x5, even though glutes are still DOMS'ing. Good KBs, lol.

    After I read this I went for a half hour long walk along a river in the woods to find a rock round enough to replace a medicine ball. After that I navigated the somewhat difficult terrain by throwing the rock over the river and then crossing it in various ways. Unfortunately I don't know the rules of gorilla golf so it was all for nothing.
    At least I got a cool rock.
