    Probably some HIIT, Tabata style--3-5 sets of something. Probably burpees, abs, kb swing and something else.

    Had my MadCow/3x5 session yesterday (SQT @ 111 lbs, W/O @ 200 lbs, L/O @ 250 lbs, BP @ 75 lbs, BBR @ 78 lbs), support : just a couple of pull-ups, in a hurry. I dunno how 3 excersises manage to take almost an hour, but they do! Plus, endless walking through malls (spending the day off shopping, oh, well. It's all the birthday presents & school stuff & groceries... )

    This morning I was up a bit too late, so with cooking hubby's breakfast and slicing/marinating beef, was missing the first bus, tight on the second bus, so gave myself a little slack and took a car to the bus stop to get the first bus, instead of walking and risking to miss the second bus. Will do a longer kettlebell session though after work & will put in some walking at lunch & a stretch. Sooooo looking forward to it!

    I mean, do I need to do any other HIIT if I like KB's? Sent the fins back to the shop, until they come back I really do not feel like biking, and the orthodics won't be done till the end of Sept, so no running. At any rate, KB's are FUN!!!

    Surfer on Acid: 400 m run, 21 burpees, 3 rounds. I am so slow, just under 14 mins. Oh well, it was nice to get outside and do a workout!

    Wendler 5/3/1 with 30 minute walk 8.5 incline 3.0 mph (20 lb weighted vest)

    Good workout. Got 11 reps on my last "all out" set of 5. Also had weigh in/bodyfat measurements. Dropped 3 more lbs in 4 weeks so I'm down 71 lbs. That's a milestone in that I'm now at the lowest bodyweight I've been since I left for college football two-a-days 25 years ago.
