@Leida, I'm currently in a physical therapist assistant program and we touched upon the same thing... Practicing what we preach. However, we're also told not to be prejudice and assume somebody doesn't know what they're talking about just because they don't "walk the walk". Just look at Mark Rippetoe... ;-)
I don't assume they do not know their thing, it just freaks me out by some reason when the doctors treat what I do as something relatively rare. It's an odd feeling that something is worng, or I am an imposter, or I dunno. Something is just not right.

I meant to do only 15 minutes, but I barely finished the push presses so I just extended the time a little. It was AWFUL. Some dude was standing behind me trying to talk to me about who even remembers while I was doing my box jumps. REALLY?!! Can't you see I'm BUSY?!?? Sheesh ;-)
Sounds like a good routine! Talking actually increases the cardio load like crazy. I have learned it a hard way back when I was teaching fitness classes.

    Bench press and rows.
In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.

    Did a run double.

2.5 miles and then about a half hour later another mile up a hill.

    2.5 miles: 27 minutes
    1.05 miles 10 minutes

My avg. mile time has always been 11:15 at the track, this was over hills and on the sidewalks. Not bad.

Walking, stretch... and not sure yet. Woke up tired and sick on my stomach so if that goes away, might put in a swim or something. If still feel down or can't eat, will just do steam room and hot tub.

Jump rope 5 minute warm up.Then, 55lbs. dumbbells, squat/curl/press overhead for 1 rep. Jump rope 2 min. 2 reps with dumbbells, etc. Up the ladder till I complete 5 reps. Then, back down the ladder. Finish with jump rope to make a 45 minute total. 1.2.3.4.5.4.3.2.1 with 2 min. jumprope between sets. I pick a weight thats heavy enough to use a little momentum on the way up and try not to stop at any point of the movement.
