Walked the dog 2.5 miles
Took it easy after a few days off on vacation:
Three Rounds:
20 Push Ups
20 Sit Ups
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Squat Thrust
Didn't time, just wanted to get my muscles use to moving again. Weights and CST Circuit tomorrow

Very pleased. Felt strong in the main lift (bench press). On the third set the prescribed reps are 3 but you're supposed to rep out as many as you can. Hit 9 reps on the last set with probably 2 left in the tank.

Went to my gym and participated in a spinning class - for the first time in my life. It lasted about 50 minutes, and I had a heart rate monitor on and adjusted the resistance so that my heart rate oscillated between 140 and 170. I'm not new to cycling, but I generally prefer low RPM - like 50-60, whereas in this class they went to and beyond 100 RPM frequently, which presented a challenge to me - at one point my calves were about to cramp, which I just barely avoided.
All in all, it's a nicely challenging activity which I could find myself doing about once or twice a month.
