    Primal Fuel
    The following in a circuit with no rests. All movements moderately slow and controlled with maximum ROM:

    1 pullup, 2 pushups, 1 chinup, 2 pushups
    2 pullups, 4 pushups, 2 chinups, 4 pushups
    3 pullups, 6 pushups, 7 chinups (1-2 reps shy of failure), 12 pushups (a few reps shy of failure)

    I've done a few sets like this in the last week, trying to get my strength and endurance back after ~ 1.5 months of little activity while recovering from injuries. It's a little unsettling to see my rep count drop so much after relatively little time off. :\

    Walking to and from the bust stop through the hilly neighborhood w backpack (~ 10 lbs) and a lazy walk at lunch. 15 min free flow stretch & meditate.

    I lifted on my Madcow + pull-ups/chins as support and will go for a short walk @ lunch. Maybe a bit of digging in the yard if I have time in the evening.
