Sledgehammer workout (similar to the one Mark linked to a while ago) for about 10 minutes with a 10lbs sledgehammer, affectionately named "Earthshaker".
Sprinting barefoot across a park, jumping over rocks and ravines to set up my sister's birthday scavenger hunt.
Sprinting with the group I was looking after (they took their shoes off, I think I made a small difference today). At this point it probably turned into chronic cardio.
Pushed a heavy wooden box with two 90lbs girls in it about 20 or 30 feet.
Lifted various other things to clean up after the party (tables, chairs, etc.).
