Sledgehammer workout (similar to the one Mark linked to a while ago) for about 10 minutes with a 10lbs sledgehammer, affectionately named "Earthshaker".
Sprinting barefoot across a park, jumping over rocks and ravines to set up my sister's birthday scavenger hunt.
Sprinting with the group I was looking after (they took their shoes off, I think I made a small difference today). At this point it probably turned into chronic cardio.
Pushed a heavy wooden box with two 90lbs girls in it about 20 or 30 feet.
Lifted various other things to clean up after the party (tables, chairs, etc.).

Bareknuckling it again (just to loosen up) with a bit of jogging and alot of walking.

EDIT: Oh, and marathon sex. Chronic cardio, felt like vomiting by the end.
