    Ran 5.8 miles in 48 minutes which is quick (for me).Last run of any note until next Sunday when myself and son-in-law Primal Fist take part in the City Of Manchester 10K race.

    Bareknuckling it again (just to loosen up) with a bit of jogging and alot of walking.

    EDIT: Oh, and marathon sex. Chronic cardio, felt like vomiting by the end.

    I like playing badminton, and every day I in the evening and some friends to play badminton as my exercise program. I feel whole body movement can play badminton and it gave me the bright.
