    @Macphee, plate suitcase squats???

    WOYD:
    "Greasing-the-Groove"
    50 one-legged push-ups
    35 press-ups
    wall handstands

    WOD:
    ~45min. yoga in the AM
    ~30min. biking
    ~45min. of:
    pull-ups/chin-ups
    hanging leg raises
    elevated push-ups
    one-legged squats
dips (tough when done without a chair!)
    inverted rows
leg lifts on a bench (working toward a DRAGON FLAG! Ouch..)
    handstands
    headstands
low crawl on a balance beam, forward and back a few times, not easy!

I didn't count my reps or sets, just focused on GOOD form and working as hard as I could on the bars. I did a lot of negatives and tried to keep the tension in the right places while trying to lift my body. I've never felt such an overall soreness in my upper body than what I've been experiencing this past week with these drills! I have been humbled.....

I basically grab the 45 pound plates in the center hole with my fingers, hold them to the side like holding suitcases and squat. It can also be considered a DL but I was in a more upright position so I called them squats. Not the most comfortable exercise but I just put the kids to bed and had a bunch of other things to do, so I cot creative. Worked well with a heart rate at about 165!
