    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    I did burpee intervals until fail. Then I took the jumprope outside and did some sprinting high-knee intervals, then did some light weights work. Walked the dog. I have a ping pong lesson tonight.

    Today was weigh in. I'm down 40 lbs since starting Paleo/Primal 5 months ago. Have also dropped 12.6% bodyfat and 6 jean sizes. Have lost 64 lbs, total, since starting this weight/fat loss journey.

    i have multiple personal trainer certs(ace, trx, crossfit) my personal suggestion to everyone is crossfit IMO. i just love the way it helps me perform in all other aspects of life. I do jiu jitsu and compete, as well as surf 24/7 ha ha

    todays workout was fun:
    rolled bjj 2 hours
    crossfit wod
    thrusters 2,2,2,2,2 heavy loads strength

    than my metcon(metabolic conditioning)
    2 rounds
    500 m row
    30 wallballs 20#
    800m sprint

    than i went and road my skateboard for 2 hours lol

    its nice not having a job and living in socal

    * BB Squat 10-8-6-4-2
    *One-arm pushups 4*15
    superset with
    *DB box step-ups 10-8-6-4-2
    *BB bent over rows 10-8-6-4-2
    superset with
    *Diamond clapping pushups 4*15
    *BB Good mornings 10-8-6-4-2
    superset with
    *Military press 10-8-6-4-2
    *Leg extensions/leg curls 10-8-6-4-2
    superset with
    * calve raises 4*12

    Also I threw the baseball and did 10- 60 yard sprints

    This is over 6 hours with a 2 hour class in between

    Trial #1: Deadlift – 300lbs x 10 (Don't do max reps due to back, do rep maxes instead)
