I did burpee intervals until fail. Then I took the jumprope outside and did some sprinting high-knee intervals, then did some light weights work. Walked the dog. I have a ping pong lesson tonight.

Today was weigh in. I'm down 40 lbs since starting Paleo/Primal 5 months ago. Have also dropped 12.6% bodyfat and 6 jean sizes. Have lost 64 lbs, total, since starting this weight/fat loss journey.

i have multiple personal trainer certs(ace, trx, crossfit) my personal suggestion to everyone is crossfit IMO. i just love the way it helps me perform in all other aspects of life. I do jiu jitsu and compete, as well as surf 24/7 ha ha

than my metcon(metabolic conditioning)

800m sprint
than i went and road my skateboard for 2 hours lol
