Walked the dog 2 miles
Trial #6: Front Squat - 315lbs
Trial #5: Push Press - 200 lbs
Then:
3 Rounds
Deadlift x 10
Pull Ups x 10
Box Jumps x 10

The most I'll be doing this week is forearm exercises and walking. Heavy squats and cleavage don't mix.
