    After a 5 or 6 week hiatus, back to the gym finally. So weak.

    Squat 45# x 10 55#x 8 65# x 6 75# x 4

    Deadlift 100# x 10 110#x 8 120# x 6 130# x 4

    GHR 3 x 8

    Leg Press 150# x 10 170# 8 190# x 6 210 # x 4

    Leg Curls 35# x 10 40# x8 45# x 6 50# x 3.5

    Decline Crunches 3 x 8

    Rowed 514m in 3:08 (never used this before, neat ass machine)
    Stats: 5'6" female, 21 years young
    Starting Weight: 187 lbs (March 2010)
    Current Weight: 143 lbs (Oct 2011)
    Goal BF: 20%

    Pull ups (3 x max reps) 10-10-11(last set broken at 8)
    For conditioning Walked to a big hill and sprinted up it 6 times rest was while walking down then walked home when done.

    Hiked 12km with sprints mixed in all while fasted.
    In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.
