We've created an app to help stay on top of regular exercise called Simple Fitness Tracker. Itís basically a few simple exercises (running, situps, pushups) each day (progress gets graphed for you) Ė easy to follow & hard to say you donít have the time.

I walked for 45 minutes (low level cardio) & I did a LHT session: 30 knee pushups, 50 squats, 90 sec forearm/knee plank, 45 sec same sideplank x 2 sets in total took 27 minutes.

sad to say i still have jello-ish legs and its hours later, how unfit am I?! i need an exercise buddy!

Walked a good 15 miles with a heavy bookbag and my computer in one hand (switched hands occasionally).
A bit of basketball with my sis.
In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.
