Did the 5x5 lift for the day, (Squat, Push Press, Deadlift, Pullups, and Plank = 245, 175, 325, 17 max, and 30 sec respectively) then supplimented some turkish get-ups.

This was my first time trying Turkish getups, so I went light and tried to work on form. Talk about humbling...I had to drop the weight to 15 pounds just to figure out how to do the movement.

I learned I am uncoordinated and suck at Turkish Getups.

1 hour walk with the pupster and then some convict conditioning. Getting along with those handstand pushups quite nicely!

You'll never see the light if you're in someone else's shadow, or said another way, life is like a dog sled team, if you're not the lead dog, the scenery never changes

love sprinting while in a fasted state! Kev, do you do shovelglove before or after? I find it ideal to do it after to burn off the fatty acids that were freed up in the bloodstream during the sprinting. I've made some great progress doing it this way.
