About two hours' worth of basketball this AM. My game is centered around running like a madman, so it works out to a sprinting session most of the time.

EDIT: In other words, just call me Energizerus Bunnyum (without the shaved legs and jogging shorts).

Are you a college student, trying to navigate college while being Primal? Do you know any other PB college students on a tight budget? Heck, for that matter, are YOU trying to live Primal on a budget? Enroll at Primal University!

For after all what is man in nature? A nothing in relation to infinity, all in relation to nothing, a central point between nothing and all and infinitely far from understanding either.

    Hiking/running at the trail.

I did 500 meters in the pool this morning. I can no longer run due to a damaged disc and this feeds my endorphins addiction.

Jen that is a crazy one! Dead, squat & press all at once, then tabata? One day a couple months ago tried max 1 rep on dead, bench and squat all in the same workout and I couldn't really do anything for the next 2 days.

A little while ago mentioned that I was doing mostly same program but increasing volume. If anyone is interested, here is comparison between workouts on 4/24/11 and today 5/29. These were similar in structure.

    Then
    Deadlift: 165x5, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 245x3,2.
    Chin: +45x5, +35x4, +25x4.
Dumbell incline press (weight for pair): 100x9, 90x9, 80x9.
    Carry: 160 about 150 feet, 150 same.

Now (Deadlift added weight & 1 partial set, chin added 4 bodyweight sets, incline press added weight and sets, carry added weight).
    Dead: 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 245x5, 265x5,4.
    Chin: +45x6, +35x5, +25x5; bw 6,5,10,9.
    Dumbbell incline press: 110x6, 100x8, 90x7, 80x8, 70x7.
Carry: 200 150 feet, 180 same (didn't make it all the way on the carries).

So lifts have not gone up dramatically but I am moving *a lot* more weight in total compared to just over 4 weeks ago. I put all these in a spreadsheet (ya i know kinda crazy) and add up the total amount of weight moved. Last month about 11,000 pounds, this month new high today at 18,750 pounds. Newbie gains are over but still getting stronger!

Yes it was a lot, maybe too much. I had a rest day yesterday and today was pooped and didn't have the best workout.

It's garbage day here, which means I spent the day carrying furniture above my head. And I barely got anything for supper. Seriously, only one steak? Last time I help you out, mom (kidding!).
