    today i did light weight arms/chest/back/shoulders/legs and calves.
    1 set of 01 reps
    &
    40 min low level cardio

    Squats, Sandbag Push Press, Sit Ups, Sandbag High Pulls. 1 minute on each exercise, max repetitions. Rest 1 minute between each set of four exercises and repeat for 3 total rounds.

    1st round - 45, 35, 36, 34
    2nd round - 51, 34, 36, 38
    3rd round - 45, 33, 34, 41

    All with a 35 kg bag

    20 lb kettlebell - 10 two hand swings 10 each.left and right arms,10 cleans L and R,10 clean and jerk L and R,10 snatch L and R.
    20 Side bends L and R 44 lb dumbell,10 squats 44 lb dumbell.
    55 lb barbell 5 curls, 80 lb barbell clean and press x 3,160 lb deadlift x 5.
    Followed by 30 minute vigorous run.

    The way you wrote the post it actually read a little bit like you had done a 3,160 lb deadlift - good job!

    Walked 1.5 miles with a 40 lb dumbbell, alternating hands.. Talk about a grip workout. Also did about 15 pullups (10 in a row and a few random ones).
