    10 to 1 of Sandbag Deadlifts, Press Ups, Pull Ups, Sandbag Zercher Squats. Complete 10 repetitions of each exercise, then 9, then 8 etc.

    I managed to finish it in 12:45 with a 50kg sandbag

    Vee Ups x 10
    Chin Ups x 10
    Kettlebell Snatches x 10 each side
    One Legged Squats x 10 each side

    I think that it is time for me to make a cardio exercises. I prefer running 10km on the beach with 5kg heavies on both legs. What do you think?
