    First strength work in a while: pull downs (prepping the body to learn pull ups), counter top push ups, air squats, and goodmornings. A 3.5 mile walk followed. Tomorrow, I shall be happily sore.
    Started PB late 2008, lost 50 lbs by late 2009. Have been plateaued, but that thing may just be biting the dust: more on that later.

    Power clean-jump rope-barbell curl circuit that I created. I do as many circuits as possible in 15 minutes with no rest. I know, curls aren't bodyweight exercises but old habits die hard.

    21, 15, 9 thrusters and ring pulls
    Tabata intervals of kb swings (2 and one hand) mountain climbers
