    Primal Fuel
    Fasted sprint session on a stationary bike. Brutal!!!

    20-30 seconds all out on high resistance and 1-2 minutes recovery x 8.

    Full body circuit:
    Plank walkouts with a push-up
    weighted forward and back lunges with an overhead press
    goblet squats
    dips
    overhead weighted sit ups
    kb snatches
    pistol squats
    lateral spiderman walk
    Lastly, a tabata cycle of lunge jumps

    barefoot walking up and down my street. My toddler loves it. She keeps saying "Mommy walk up the hill?", cuz she wants to go.

    Is anyone else blessed with a 2-3yo who enthusiastically initiates miles of walking cuz they want to walk & run?

    YES!!! dd is always asking dcp to go for walks...and we'll go for 30-40min walks in the evening after I pick the kids up 3-4x/week...not to mention chasing them around the playground!


    Today's wo: LHT
    8x squats w/bar on smith machine
    8x squats w/bar &20lbs
    8x squats w/bar & 40lbs
    8x Squats w/bar & 60lsbs
    8x squats wbar & 40lbs
    8x squats w/bar & 20lbs

    Australian pullups inbwtn squat sets

    8x clean & press w/bar
    6x clean & press w/20lbs
    3x clean & press w/30lbs (I could barely do the 3rd one!)

    Done in 20mins! Whoot! off to pick up the kiddos!

    Good to know. Sometimes I think she is NOT NORMAL. Not abnormal, but definitely much more advanced than the typical 2yo. She walked a mile today (broken up into 4 sessions, but still), very impressed by that!

    Over two hours of playing basketball this morning outdoors. And my style of play is always up-tempo, run-you-to-death-if-you're-guarding-me. So it's like a prolonged short sprint workout for me.
