    I lifted yesterday and I'm wonderfully sore..... so today on my lunch break I'm walking for 40 mins and then I'll do some cardio at the gym tonight.... followed by some ab work with the medicine ball.

    7.5 miles on the bike with my dogs. Its only about 50 degrees here in chicago but the sun is shining and there but a few clouds in the skky.

    Stiff leg deadlifts
    Weighted side bends

    20 min bike ride when I got home. It's finally semi warm - but the wind was bad so I made it short. Enough to get some fresh air!
