    couple mins of jumping rope to warm up

    4 tabata intervals: one set of burpees, one set of swings, one set of jumping jacks and another set of burpees. probably rested 2 mins between each set.

    Impromptu workout in the park on rugby pitch and a 40 lb concrete "ball."

    Rock toss, overhead, left and right. Lunge to rock. Repeat to mid-field.
    Same but reverse lunges 1/2 way and then broad jumps the other 1/2.
    Pushup/bearcrawl 10M up and back.
    Sprint length of pitch
    Pullups on goal post
    Sprint length of pitch
    Commando pullups on goal post
    "Suicide" sprints along pitch using light posts for interval backwards run back to baseline
    Agility "Cross" X3 (20M cross -- sprint, shuffle left/right, backward) with different variations -- the most challenging was when the other guy was calling the transitions.

    People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.
