    Up early for an hours walk. Another 45 minutes at the worksite walking, maybe 10 minutes of which was doing a famers' carry of stones in buckets and then a last 45 minutes walking carrying a backpack with 50# sand inside.

    Walking at work is done with my firefighting helmet on, escape hood, radio, safety shoes, etc.

    Kindof cool, get paid to exercise.

    Lovely day in NYC. Ran around the reservoir in CP once (1.5 mi) and then a round of tabata sprints followed by a 1.5 mi walk to cooldown. Will do some hot vinyasa tonight.

    Yesterday: Got in about an hour of basketball with my son. Couple games of 21, a couple games of full court 2 on 2.

    Today:
    Walked the dog 2 miles.

    Started bodyweight routine last night and discovered I'm sooooo out of shape. Couldn't lift myself, but I am sore from hanging in dip and Aussy pull-up position. I've a ways to go, but I have started. Yay me.
    Started PB late 2008, lost 50 lbs by late 2009. Have been plateaued, but that thing may just be biting the dust: more on that later.
