    Primal Fuel
    Walked the dog 2.5 miles

    Front Squat – 3x5, 1x9
    Lat Pull Down – 5x10
    Hammer Strength Incline Bench – 5-5-5-5-5-2-2
    Barbell Rows – 4x8
    Dips – 4x15
    100 Kettlebell Snatches (20kg bell)

    Fasted yesterday and was feeling pretty weak by the end of the day. Ate normally today, and I felt like Superman in the gym. Probably added a couple of reps or an extra 20lbs to every lift. Don't know if it was because of the fasting/feasting, but that's what I'm giving credit to.

    I had join Pilates classes. So regularly I am going there, this is my workout for day.

    My daily work out change with days! But normally I take 5 to 6 different exercises in gym. But running and push up in daily routine.

    Had my day 1 workout this morning.

    Bench 250 - 7, 3
    Incline 210 - 6, 4
    Push-down 190 - 10, 6
    OH db 40 - 8
    Leg raises - 20
    walked about .5 miles afterwards relax

    now sitting on my butt all day...

    Did sprints today. Ran 5 minutes to warm up, then did intervals where I sprint the first 20-30 seconds of each 2-minute period. I alternated 20 seconds and 30 seconds this morning. Did that 7 times and then did a <5-min. cool-down. Then 3x0:30 planks, 3x0:15 side planks on each side and a bit of stretching.
