    Pullup: +45x5, +35x4, +25x5.

    DB Row: 70x10,8 per side.

    DB Bench: Pair 55#s x10, 50x8, 45x7.

    Carry: Pair 90#s.

    Superset(ish):

    Pushups / Bench Presses
    28-inch Bench Jumps / One-Legged Barbell Squats
    Pullups / Horizontal Pullups
    Decline Pushups (28-in) / Military Presses
    Hanging Leg Raises w/ Kick-Outs / Planks

    Repeat each pair 4x, max sets, no rest. Move on to next pair. Etc.
    Watch the reps fall like sweat.
    Finish trembling but exhilirated.

    Deadlifting sofas and chairs (throwing out the broken stuff.Litterally.), explosive pushups (4 sets of 10), modified burpees (more calf involvement). Also sprinting in shorts, t-shirt and sandals through a blizzard with the dog. My nerves are dead so I didn't feel a thing.
