    hang cleans 5x5
    bench 5x5
    alt. arm KB squats 4 x 10
    curls and tri ext 3x5 each

    abs 1x20 in between each set of each exercise....

    Easy day (friend's barbecue tomorrow) - Bodyweight squats (3 sets of thirty) and a 75 second plank before breakfast, same (possibly with half the squats) before supper.
    In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.

    Warmup: 500m row, then 10 each of shoulder rollouts, wall eagles, beat swings, leg swings, OH lunges (10 pounds), then 20 body rows (on rings), and 25 situps.

    5x5 back squats at 80% 1RM (108 pounds for me, but I think I need to retest 1RM because it felt too easy for 80%).

    WOD: 3 rounds for time, 3 L-pullups, 25 bodyweight squats.

    Squat: 135x3, 155x3, 175x3, 195x3, 215x3.

    Dip: +35-6, +25-6, bw 7.

    Lunge pair 50s, 1 set.

    Skipped second set of lunges and my usual carry since out late last night and little too much alcohol. This is not the best condition for a workout.

    Next 3 gym workouts I will go for max 1 reps on the barbell lifts.

    T-Bar Row 3x5
    Back Squat 3x5
    Parallel Close Grip Lat Pulls 3x10
    Weighted Back Extensions 3x10
    Walking Lunges 2x10 each leg

    Last mile was at 1/1 ratio calves were toast
