    What were you doing before? I wish I could get some kettlebells, but they're so expensive, even used. I just want my pull-up bar back! I think I'll bike over to Dick's later and pick up an Iron Gym...

    Was going to do some SERIOUS bum work this morning, but I think my CNS needs a rest. My biceps are sore...Thanks P90X. ;-) Today I agreed to go back to ZUMBA TONING for an hour later tonight with my older brother and his girlfriend. Can't resist watching them try it for the first time!

    One-Arm Dumbbell Rows (12x30, 10x35, 8x40, 6x45)
    Cable pull-downs (12x70, 10x75, 8x80, 8x80)
    Dumbbell Pullovers (10x45, 10x45, 10x45)
    Lying Dumbbell Triceps Extensions (12x15, 20x20, 8x25, 6x30)
    Dumbbell Bicep Curls (12x15, 20x20, 8x25, 6x30)

    5540 lbs total (an increase over last week)

    Triceps and Biceps were super-setted with no rest between Tricep and Bicep exercise.

    Rode recumbent bike in-between sets for 1 minute, for a total of 20 minutes, including 5 minute warm up.

    4.5 mile greenway bike ride. I actually road by bike up heartbreak hill for the first time since going Primal 2 months ago. I felt noticeably stronger today.

    I don't pump much iron. I do mostly bodyweight, kettlebells and sprints. Decided to change it up a bit so did this in the gym:

    Deadlift 110 pounds 5+5+5+5+5+5+10+10+5+5 (yeah, I went nuts here. I rarely deadlift and was experimenting with form. I should keep deadlifts to low rep number like 1-3 and go heavier but wanted to see how it feels.)

    Goblet Squat 52 pounds 5 x 20

    Bench Press 132 pounds 12+10+10+8+6

    Military Press 44 pounds 12+11+12+10+10

    Pullups 10+10+7+5+4

    Ab Roller 5 x 10

    Hanging Leg Raises 5 x 10

    soccer field sprints x8 with very little to no rest - jogged home (5 min) and then shovelglove for 14 mintues.
