    Last night i did the LHT primal fitness essential movements (minus the pull ups). level 1 for all except squats (standard was fine)- 2 cycles of all. first attempt at doing this formally, and it was AWESOME. timed each set and rest periods. ill keep doing this routuine till im confident in my form- the hand/ knee side planks were TOUGH.

    39:00 something. Double Unders destroyed my time. I threw a medicine ball across the gym afterward I was so mad.
