I really tweaked something in my left shoulder yesterday/last night. Maybe it was because at the gym I tried some one armed pushups. Ha.

did in about 26minutes (pretty mediocre)
Deadlifts- 2 x 12 @ 95 lbs

Barbell Shoulder Press- 1 x 12 @ 35lbs, 1 x 8 @ 35 lbs
Wide Grip Pulldowns- 1 x 12 @ 70lbs, 1 x 12 @ 60 lbs

1.5 mile sprint on my bike at 8:00 last night.
30 minute cycling, 2x10 deadlifts of 305lbs, 2x20 push ups, 2x10 barbell shoulder shrugs w/125lbs, and planks until I felt weak.
Plain ol' Move Slowly...40 mins on elliptical @ 75% max HR.
30 minute walk incorporating light jog and 7 x 20 second flat out sprints.
Sixty minutes of walking wearing 20 lb weight vest and 65 chin ups.
