    M/W/F - I normally do a long walk. About 90 minutes with the wife. Then I will do pullups in the backyard, bar dips, reverse rows, squats.
    Tue/Thurs - I normally do hill sprints.
    Once a week I will do - pushups, planks for my core, shoulder presses, bicep curls, and jump rope.
    Once a week I will also try to get in a game of pickup basketball. Or if I am lucky enough I will play golf with can equal 5-7 miles of walking and overall fun talking shit with the boys.

    All I have done past 2 weeks is walking and spin classes. Had surgery 3 weeks ago and not allowed to lift for 6 weeks and its driving me crazy. Any thoughts on what else I can do?

    What kind of surgery? Can you do pushups? If so there's always onehundredpushups.com to entertain you.

    I had my boobs done for the second time so basically no upper body stuff. They don't really want me doing cardio either but I think walking and spinning are fine as that area doesn't move much.

    2 mile run
    2x20 squats
    2x15 parallel dips
    2x10 pushups
    2x60 second plank
    side planks

    Friday: 60 minutes of hot vinyasa yoga

    Had enthusiasm for the gym today, although my lack of sleep showed.... I felt like I had been hit by a BUS by the time I was finished! ;-) But I did find out I am thisclose to acing my anatomy course this semester. Hell YES!!

    Kinda was all over the place today...

    2x3 Back Squat (105#)
    3x4 Back Squat (95#)
    3x20 Goblet Squat (35#)
    3x10 Lunge (70#)

    4x10 Shoulder Presses
    3x10 Diamond Pushups
    1x12 Pushups (10#)
    1x7 Pushups (15#)
    2x5 Pushups (20#)
    3x30sec. Planche Tuck (?)

    I suppose today ended up being "high volume". ;-) My toosh was SHAKIN' afterward!
