    Push-ups

    push day yesterday. Lots of presses. And a few tricep extensions.

    Getting ready to go for a walk in the park and some hill sprints.
    If all goes well deadlifts and squats later this evening....have to see how it goes.

    How 'bout that endurance training?

    ~60min. walk
    ~25min. run/sprint/walk
    +
    1 chin-up/neutral grip chin-up
    1 push-up
    1 deep prisoner squat
    50 rounds = ~10 minutes
    +
    ~15 minutes of:
    static psuedo push-up
    handstand presses
    static diamond push-up

    GET IT!!!!!

    Here's a variant on the whole endurance theme...

    1.5 hours of football ... from 11AM-1PM in Miami heat ...

    Yeah, I'm blasted. Got plenty of Vitamin D though!

    Friday: Rest Day

    Saturday: Endurance you say? Like metcon cardio? OK. I did a 40-minute continuous session of this, called "The DOE Manmaker" also known as "High-Octane Cardio"

    With a 35-pound kettlebell and a jump rope, do 10 KB snatches left hand, 10 KB snatches with the right hand. Jump rope for 100 revolutions. Then do 10 KB swings with your left, 10 KB swings with the right. Jump rope for 100 revolutions, and just keep going like that until the timer beeps 40 minutes. No resting. Catch your breath when skipping rope.

    You'll need a mop for the sweat on the floor.

    Sunday: Rest Day and I needed it.

    20 mile Primal Run. No that is not an oxymoron. Kept HR below 70% finished feeling strong.

    Yes, yes it most certainly is. It can be a massive drain on your body, but at the same time it offers a great way to increase your conditioning level!

    Broken foot feeling better, so I started the day with burpee's the length of a football field twice, then some quadrupedal movement drills around the same field a few times.

    Got in 100+ burpee's and 300 meters of quad movement practice.
