    10 pushups

    3/4 mile run
    80 flights of stairs
    4 sets of 10 long lunges w/ arm curls (5lbs weights)
    2 sets of 20 crunches
    2 sets of 20 chest flys w/ 7lbs weights

    Will do a 1/2 mile walk tonight w/ the family and dogs!

    Cycled 1/2 to work as part of a city-wide commuter challenge day. I'm going to start doing this several times a week. It's fun and I'm sure to get my workout for the day!

    I unexpectedly ended up top roping yesterday, so today is my biking-only day instead. Tomorrow, in honor if Vick, the end of summer, Thoreau, and an annual tradition, I will swim a mile in Walden Pond in Concord, MA.

    Thanks! We're outdoorsy people - I am a full supporter of being in the sunlight. I have to go to LA next week and I'm scared that I'll be run over by a car - do people even walk out there?

    Join my bike to work every day club. Ok, it's not a real club. Biking is such a great way to commute since it's good for the environment and your waist - plus, it's so much quicker than mass transit.

    I'm from LA and I walk. Do watch out for crazy drivers, though.
    Started PB late 2008, lost 50 lbs by late 2009. Have been plateaued, but that thing may just be biting the dust: more on that later.
