Flip flops count. Hell! When the pavement is hot even I won't go barefoot (pretty rare around here).

I've been trying to fox walk. A lot of pain, but it's quickly becoming second nature. When I put shoes on now, I feel all funny.

Any particular video recommendations for fox or other forefoot-first type walking? Love my VFF's already, but I'm not sure what I'm aiming for as far as stride adjustment!
