So you're the reason she kicks so hard! lol
    Thanks.

The crio frappe was the only thing I had this morning-- hooray for 1,000 calorie instant fat bombs! I'm thinking of chowing down on Grace's dinner leftovers for lunch (shrimp, hard boiled egg, avocado, tuna, and tomatoes with dill, pepper, evoo, and lemon).
Should probably get another cuppa crio in there just black

    Breakfast crio frappe!
And I was just wondering how to get more fat calories in my diet for breakfast.......

BTW, I did the reuse grounds thing in my French press this morning. Let the Crio grounds from yesterday in and used only half today, worked great, tasted just the same...

In honesty, I briefly considered adding coconut oil, but thought I might get a belly ache from that much awesomeness.

So how did you "strain" it thru the grounds?

I used a french press and went super slow. I got about half way down, poured out the liquid stuff, then kept going. It was difficult, but worth it.

1500 cal breakfast to feed me & Annee the critter. Y'know what I had? A bulletproof coconut crio latte. Brewed up my maracaibo crio, added at least 1T of coconut oil, then melted some coconut cream concentrate with almond milk.
Also an egg bake with prosciutto wrapped in mozzarella and diced pears.

Today I twice-boiled my crio bru. First I boiled it while I sipped a cup of bone broth. Then I turned off the heat and took a shower. Then I brought it back to a boil again before drinking it. I think it came out richer this way.

(speaking of boiling) I always thought grass fed beef bone broth would be so much better with some crio bru...

So this method works really well. Either boil it once, let it sit while I get ready for work, then boil it again. Or else let it soak over night before boiling in the morning. Twice boiled or soaked seems to come out richer than just brewing once.

Another thing I've been doing is to pour it into the french press where there is some coffee in the press. Let it brew as coffee. Crio bru coffee!

Since I am out of cream (none at the farmer's market yesterday), I've been using raw grass-fed butter in the blender with my coffee crio bru mixture. I like to add a little cocoa powder to give it even more body. Crio bru coffee, bulletproof style (but not that much butter, just a little.) I suppose it would be good with just the cocoa powder for body and no butter. Maybe I will try that next.

I have been having a buttered or creamed coffee for breakfast and not eating a real meal until mid-morning or lunch lately.

I just realized that if I try cacao grounds, it'll still be cheaper than good quality coffee grounds. Going to buy this stuff and drink it next week as BP criu bru

By the way, is there caffeine content information of this stuff?

edit: nevermind, just read their website.
