I've only tried Cavalla so far and love it!
I've found Paleobird's suggestion to brew it cowboy style works for me. I can get a fuller bodied drink while using less grounds. And while there are some random grounds that get in the cup - I don't mind them.
Anyone else finding this stuff is a pretty effective appetite suppressant?

What I have been doing is making a large mug of crio bru with about a quarter cup of heavy cream in it. I usually have some regular coffee later at work. Then I have been eating my first real meal around 10 or as late as noon.
What this does is help me reduce the amount of caffeine I normally drink while still letting me enjoy the ritual of a nice warm cup in the morning. Plus a minimal form of fasting that might be good or bad, I'm not sure.
Has anybody noticed they have to pee a lot drinking crio bru? I sure do, but maybe that's because my mugs are full all the way to the top.
