Hi, I'm very new to this lifestyle - just wanted to say hi really. I love this way of life and I'm working on converting my carb/grain junkie of a husband. I'm pretty sure last night he was secretly eyeing up my delicious plate of 'PB surf & turf' that I created as opposed to his pasta dish - fingers crossed in any case :-)

I've been lurking for a little while and I have to say the site and all of you using it come accross as amazingly welcoming and knowledgeable, what a great start you offer others who may be a little unsure due to past hang-ups - I hope to enjoy a long and happy community with you all.
