    Ha-ha. Metal Lyrics!
    Direct quite:

    When you're moving
    It's as if you're passing
    Your finger
    Through The FUZZZZZZ
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

Stretch AND do mobility. Especially in the shoulders and neck! Stretching will help to melt the fuzz, but it's good to make sure you got all of it by moving your joints through a full range of motion every day.

I didn't watch the vid yet, but full ROM mobility work is great. Static stretches are meh.

Active-isolated stretching is a much better choice than static. The ultimate point is to make sure to move daily. Even with an injury, unless your doctor specifically tells you to keep the area immobile you should still move through a full range of motion...otherwise the fuzz will build up and full range of motion will become much less...full.
